PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY BEFORE COMMISSIONING ME; BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICEYOU:• Are at least 18 years old• Are the person who owns the Paypal account or you are authorised to make the transaction• Will comply with, and be bound by, the follow terms and conditions• Will not use my artwork for commercial purposes without permission or paying an agreed fee• Will not receive a refund or chargeback under any circumstances except in case of cancellation on my part• Understand that I have the right to refuse any commission request without the obligation to explain my decision. Harassment, threats, “stalk”, disparage, ridicule, scorn will result in being blacklisted PERMANENTLY.• Are free to tell me what name you would prefer to be referred as when I share my work of your character. If you commissioned me through Facebook but prefer I use your fur affinity name? Sure!I will draw:• Feral furry characters• Anthro furry characters (so far not comfortable with fully anthropomorphic characters including clothes)• Mecha in case of furry with mechanic armor or anything similar to thatI won’t draw:• racist, offensive and/or controversial artwork, graphic fetishes and/or pornographic material.• nudity of private parts• action shots• peculiar perspectives (not confident enough to do these)USAGE OF MY ARTWORK:• Do not claim or distribute my artwork(s). If you paid for the artwork or received a freebie from me, you are free to edit however you like without needing my approval.• All commissioned artwork will be uploaded publicly (Furaffinty, Facebook, Artistree, etc) with the disclaimer that the characters do not belong to me.• You may re-upload my artwork as long as you credit me under the name “Duality” or “DualityControl”. You are not obliged to include a link to my social media but it would be nice of you.• PLEASE SAVE THE ARTWORK. I will not be held responsible for lost or replaced artwork in my gallery.PAYMENT:• Paypal only• NO REFUNDS. Work will only be refunded if I am unable to complete the artwork under any circumstances• Payment must be completed before I start on your artwork• Chargebacks and/or non-consensual refunds are not permitted and will results in you being BLACKLISTED PERMANENTLY and NAME DROPPED on all public sites as a warning.ARTWORK PROCESS:• You are given 3 WIPs (if applicable); the sketch to check if anything is missing, adapt pose, expression, the lineart and the flat colours to see if I missed any markings. I can adapt the sketch and make minor changes to the lineart/flat colours but once your permission to proceed has been given, no revisions can be made. So PLEASE, take your time to thoroughly think through my WIP.• All artwork is currently made using a 100x100cm (39.37x39.37 inch) canvas with a resolution of 28 pixels per cm (73 pixels per inch). However, the received artwork may be cropped to reduce negative space.• Your contact information must be active as communication is crucial for the artwork process• Turn Around Time (TAT) is typically quick (within a week) but will be communicated more conclusively once I have accepted your commission and been able to assess the complexity of your request.• In case of a rush order, please specify your preferred TAT. If I cannot make it that quick, I will deny your request. It is only fair that if I don’t think I can make the artwork that quick, that you have the opportunity to find an artist who can. If your rush order has a TAT a lot quicker than my typical expectations of such work, I will ask for a 10$ rush fee. This will put you on top of my queue
